This website is operated by DREAMMARKET LIMITED, trading as DoDoWish. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DoDoWish.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable policies linked below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

1. Eligibility & Permitted Use

You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase agreement in your place of residence to place an order.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, infringe another person’s rights, submit fraudulent information, or transmit malicious code.

You are responsible for ensuring that any photos, designs, text, or other materials you provide may lawfully be used to fulfill your order.

2. General Conditions

We may restrict access or refuse service where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

Restrictions on website access do not automatically cancel our obligations relating to an existing order, an approved refund, or a valid warranty claim.

You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our website or services without our permission, except as permitted by law.

3. Website Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, and policy information accurate and current. Errors may occasionally occur.

If we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without your consent.

Our right to correct website information does not remove commitments made for an existing order or rights available under applicable law.

4. Changes to Products, Services & Prices

We may change prices, update products, or discontinue services for future purchases.

Later price changes do not change the price of an existing confirmed order. Later changes to products or services do not reduce the warranty, shipping protection, or other commitments applicable when you placed your order.

If we cannot fulfill an order, Section 8 applies.

5. Custom Products & Design Expectations

DoDoWish figurines are custom-made using your submitted photos and selected product options.

Please review your photos, size, model, customization details, and any preview presented for approval before submitting your order.

Stylized figurines are artistic interpretations rather than exact photographic reproductions. Minor variations in color, texture, and fine details may occur because of screen settings and the custom manufacturing process.

These variations do not excuse an incorrect item, failure to follow agreed customization details, or a covered manufacturing defect.

Custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds solely because of a change of mind. Eligible arrival issues and manufacturing defects remain covered under our Refund & Return Policy and One-Year Limited Warranty.

6. Order Information, Cancellations & Changes

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, contact, delivery, and customization information.

Under our Refund & Return Policy:

  • Within 2 hours of placing an order: You may request cancellation or customization changes free of charge.

  • After 2 hours: Customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 30% service fee for the custom item, with the remaining 70% refunded to the original payment method.

  • Customization changes after 2 hours: Availability depends on production progress. Any additional cost must be disclosed and accepted before we proceed.

  • Address changes: Please request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. An address cannot be changed once the package is in transit.

The treatment of the optional Shipping Protection fee is governed separately by the Shipping Protection Policy.

We may decline or cancel orders where necessary because of suspected fraud, unlawful content, production limitations, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel because we cannot fulfill your order, the customer cancellation fee does not apply.

7. Third-Party Tools

Our website may provide access to tools or features supplied by third parties. Their use may be subject to additional terms presented by those providers.

We do not control every aspect of third-party tools and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

This section does not exclude our responsibility for our own products, order fulfillment, published guarantees, or obligations under applicable law.

8. Prices, Payments & Refunds

Product prices and applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and optional service fees are shown during checkout.

If we cannot fulfill all or part of your order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled portion, including associated charges for services we will not provide. No customer cancellation fee applies to a cancellation caused by our inability to fulfill the order.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit or a coupon will only be provided if you agree to it.

After a refund is issued, estimated processing times are:

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days.

  • Credit or debit cards: 5–10 business days.

Actual posting times depend on your payment provider or bank.

Other refund eligibility and cancellation deductions are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Third-Party Websites

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party content or transactions that we do not control, except to the extent required by applicable law.

This does not affect our responsibilities for purchases made directly from DoDoWish.

10. Customer Content, Photos & Feedback

You retain any rights you hold in photos, text, and other materials you submit.

By submitting customization materials, you authorize us and service providers working on our behalf to use, reproduce, adapt, and process those materials as reasonably necessary to create previews, manufacture your item, fulfill your order, and provide related customer support.

Submitting a customization photo does not, by itself, authorize us to publish it in advertising or promotional materials. We will obtain separate permission for such use.

Reviews or feedback submitted for public posting may be displayed for that purpose, subject to any permissions presented when you submit them. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted materials, including permission relating to identifiable people where required.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

11. Personal Information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain personal information.

These Terms do not grant unrestricted permission to disclose customer photos or personal information.

12. Intellectual Property

Website designs, brand elements, product imagery, text, and other materials created or licensed by DoDoWish remain the property of their respective rights holders.

You may use the website for personal shopping and retain copies of your order information. Other commercial reproduction or use requires permission unless allowed by law.

This section does not transfer ownership of your uploaded photos or other pre-existing materials to DoDoWish.

13. Errors & Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes, or other omissions.

If a correction materially affects an existing order, we will notify you before proceeding with a proposed change. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the unfulfilled portion under Section 8.

Corrections do not retroactively shorten an existing warranty or purchased shipping protection.

14. Production, Delivery & Events Beyond Our Control

Total fulfillment time includes both production and shipping. Applicable estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and any shipment information provided for your order.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, transport interruptions, customs inspections, or government restrictions may cause delays. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and assist with affected orders.

A delay alone does not automatically establish package loss. Missing shipments are reviewed under the applicable shipping policies.

This section does not automatically cancel an eligible shipping protection claim or remove refund rights under these Terms or applicable law.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the website for fraud or unlawful transactions.

  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

  • Submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content.

  • Impersonate another person or provide misleading order information.

  • Upload malicious software or interfere with website security.

  • Access another customer’s account or collect personal information without authorization.

  • Disrupt the website through abusive automated activity.

We may take proportionate steps to prevent or address these activities, subject to applicable law.

16. Product Warranty & Website Availability

Our resin figurines carry a one-year limited warranty from the original delivery date against covered defects in materials and workmanship.

The 30-day window for reporting arrival issues does not shorten this one-year warranty. Manufacturing defects discovered later may still qualify during the warranty period.

The Warranty Policy explains coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and available remedies.

Website access and optional online features may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable. Any disclaimer concerning website availability does not exclude or reduce:

  • Our One-Year Limited Warranty.

  • Assistance under our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Purchased Shipping Protection.

  • Agreed product specifications or customization details.

  • Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Liability & Consumer Rights

We remain responsible for fulfilling our contractual obligations and providing the remedies required by our published policies and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses, such as lost profits, business opportunities, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These limitations do not prevent an eligible customer from receiving a remake, replacement shipment, approved refund, or other remedy required under our policies or applicable law.

18. Responsibility for Unlawful Submissions

You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted materials and use of our services do not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses arising from third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful submissions or material breach of these Terms.

This does not require you to cover losses caused by our own negligence, misconduct, or breach of our obligations.

19. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent permitted by law or be severed as necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

20. Termination

You may stop using our website at any time. Stopping website use does not itself cancel an order; order cancellations must follow our Refund & Return Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms.

Termination does not remove existing payment obligations, approved refunds, valid warranty claims, or other rights and obligations that should reasonably continue.

21. Agreement & Policy Priority

These Terms, the applicable policies, and the details agreed for your order form the agreement governing your purchase.

If a general statement in these Terms conflicts with a specific policy on the same subject, the specific policy governs that subject:

  • Cancellations, arrival issues, and refunds: Refund & Return Policy.

  • Manufacturing defects during the warranty period: One-Year Limited Warranty.

  • Optional package protection and claim deadlines: Shipping Protection Policy.

  • Production and delivery arrangements: Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Personal information: Privacy Policy.

Policy priority does not remove separate coverage available under another applicable policy. A shipping protection exclusion, for example, does not automatically exclude assistance for a manufacturing defect under the Warranty Policy.

Mandatory rights under applicable law take precedence over conflicting terms.

22. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the actual revision date.

The Terms and policies in effect when you placed your order apply to that order. Later updates will not reduce warranty coverage, shipping protection, or other commitments already provided for your purchase.

Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

This choice of law does not deprive you of rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by agreement under applicable law.
