Information associated with customization may include edited images, previews, design approvals, production files, and correspondence about your requested design.

Photos may contain personal information about you or other identifiable people. Please provide only materials needed for your order and ensure you have the necessary permission to submit them.

Payment & transaction information

Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout. These providers process payment credentials and related verification information.

We receive information needed to manage your transaction, such as payment status, transaction references, billing details, and refund records. The information available to us depends on the payment method and provider.

Customer support information

We collect information you provide when requesting help, including messages, order references, product photos, and evidence submitted for refunds, warranty claims, or shipping protection claims.

Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information. Where supporting documentation is requested, you may ask us which details are necessary.

Website & device information

Order confirmations, shipping notices, and messages about an active order are service communications. They are separate from promotional messages.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary communications about your purchases or support requests.

4. Custom Photos, Previews & Production Files

We use your customization materials to provide the product and related services you request. This may involve processing by design, image-processing, production, hosting, and support providers working with us.

Uploading a photo for customization does not, by itself, give us permission to publish it in advertising, social media, or promotional materials. We will obtain separate permission for those uses.

We may retain relevant customization records where reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, address a dispute, or provide an eligible remake or warranty service, as explained in Section 9.

You may request deletion of your customization materials by contacting us. We will explain any information we need to retain and any practical effect deletion may have on completing an active customization request.

Deletion of a photo does not, by itself, cancel your product warranty. If a later remake is required, we may need you to submit the photo again.

5. How We Share Information

We disclose information where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Service providers

These may include providers supporting:

  • E-commerce hosting and website operation, including Shopify.

  • Payment processing and fraud prevention.

  • Custom design, image processing, manufacturing, and order fulfillment.

The information disclosed depends on the task. For example, a delivery provider needs shipping details, while a production provider may need the customization materials required to manufacture your item.

You may submit a request through the privacy choices available on our website or contact us for assistance.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), that signal must be treated as a valid request for the processing it covers.

Traditional “Do Not Track” settings are different from legally recognized opt-out preference signals.

Opting out of targeted advertising does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements. It limits the relevant use of your information for personalization.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose:

  • Order and payment records: Fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

  • Customization materials and production files: Order completion and relevant support or remake needs.

  • Support and claim records: Resolving requests and documenting outcomes.

  • Marketing preferences: Respecting your choices, including maintaining suppression records after an unsubscribe.

  • Website and analytics information: Operational, measurement, and security needs.

A one-year product warranty does not mean that every category of personal information is automatically retained for exactly one year.

Closing an account does not automatically erase all order records or cancel an active order. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, unresolved transactions, or claims.

You may contact us to request account closure or deletion and ask about the retention of specific information.

10. International Processing

We and our service providers may process information outside your country of residence. Data protection rules may differ between countries.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the transfer must be supported by an appropriate mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another legally available basis.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

12. Children & Photos Submitted by Adults

Our website and purchasing services are intended for adults. Children under 16 should not create accounts, place orders, or submit personal information directly to us.

An adult may submit a child’s photo for a custom product only where the adult has the necessary parental, guardianship, or other lawful authority.

Such photos are handled as customization materials. They are not automatically authorized for promotional use.

If you believe a child has provided information directly without appropriate authorization, or that a child’s photo was submitted without permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Information Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No website, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Please protect your account credentials and do not send passwords or full payment card details in ordinary support emails.
