DoDoWish Refund & Return Policy

At DoDoWish, we pour our hearts into crafting one-of-a-kind 3D printed figurines tailored just for you. Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, each piece is considered a Final Sale. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.


📝 1. Cancellation & Modification

  • ✨ 2-Hour Grace Period: You may request to cancel or modify your order FREE of charge within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us at support@dodowish.com.
  • 🛠️ Late Cancellations: After 2 hours, a 30% Service Fee will be applied to cover incurred labor and material costs.

🛡️ 2. Seller's Responsibility (Within 30 Days of Delivery)

If a mistake is confirmed to be on our end (Wrong item, major manufacturing defect, or transit damage), we provide the following options within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Option 1: 100% Free Remake – We will prioritize a new production and ship it to you at no extra cost.
  • Option 2: 70% Refund – As custom items involve irreversible hand‑sculpting and materials, if you prefer a refund over a remake, a 30% Service Fee will be retained to cover these non‑recoverable costs.

⚠️ Transit Damage Note: Physical damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the packaging and product.


🚫 3. Non-Refundable Situations

As each figurine is a custom creation, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal Reasons: Change of mind, buying the wrong size/model, or no longer needing the item.
  • Similarity Subjectivity: Likeness depends on the quality of the original photo. Refunds based on artistic interpretation or "it doesn't look like me" are not accepted.
  • Artisanal Variance: Minor variations in color or fine details inherent to 3D printing.

📦 4. Shipping Protection Plan (Optional)

Covering your package for 30 days from the shipping date:

  • 📦 Lost/Stolen: If tracking has not updated for 15+ business days or shows "Delivered" but was stolen (police report required).
  • ✅ Resolution: Eligible claims will receive a one-time free replacement.

💡 Important: This protection plan is selected at checkout. For lost packages, we kindly ask you to wait 15 business days after the expected delivery date before filing a claim.


💳 5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method:

  • 🅿️ PayPal: 3–5 business days.
  • 💳 Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank's processing time).

⚡ Before returning any item, you must contact our support team. Unauthorized returns sent to the admin office cannot be processed. We’ll provide you with the correct return address if needed.
